Ballybrakes Community Indoor Bowling Club, previously known as Provincial Towns Indoor Bowling Club is located in the town of Ballymoney and is the smallest of the three stadiums in Northern Ireland with 8 rinks. The membership is around 125, with members coming from all over the North coast, Moyle, Londonderry and Limavady.

Our leagues are played on a Monday and Thursday afternoon, a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday night and Wednesday afternoon is Fun Rinks which is open to non-members.

The club is affiliated to the Association of Irish Indoor Bowls and the Irish Women’s Indoor Bowling Association. Every third year we have the privilege of having the Irish presidency of the Men’s or the Ladies Association, which also includes hosting the Irish finals. We have a very successful club and each year we are represented at International level as many of our men and ladies are selected for the Irish Indoor teams. Our members are also very successful in their relevant Irish championships bringing many Irish titles to the club.

The club run a very successful and popular Annual Christmas short mat tournament and we are able to lay down 32 short mats. The tournament is attended by players from all over the province. Northern Zone also uses the stadium to host short mat tournaments and to run their National championship playoffs and Finals too.

We have also hosted other non-bowling events such as Irish country dance night with acts such as Nathan Carter, Derek Ryan, Lisa McHugh and Johnny Brady. In this last season we have also hosted a darts event with some 16 dart boards being in use and also a White Collar Boxing Charity Night.

The club have full kitchen facilities and also a Club Licence for serving alcohol and we are able to host dinners with a yearly event being Arthritis Care Annual Games Day, where they play different games such a bocce and curling and then have a dinner to finish.

The stadium is also available to hire for dinners, charity events, birthday parties and other such events. We also have two other rooms available which can be hired for meetings or training purposes.

Ballybrakes Bowls are also based in the stadium; the shop is owned by club members Donna and Gary McCloy and are the only on-line bowling shop in Ireland. They stock most items associated with the sport and can order those items not in stock.
